I had a terrible experience with aftercare my glasses were glazed incorrectly and a very rude man told me to persevere as I just had to get used to them!!I have had to spend £45 for independent eye test and £200 for new lenses.Not once did your staff apologise and the rude man inferred I was lying I am not an optician so could not have made this up!!Shocking service would NEVER recommend Boots to anyone.

At my appointment everyone was kind, courteous and professional. In particular my optometrist who I have seen many times before. I find this very reassuring as I feel she knows me now and I trust everything she says.

I don't think there's much room for improvement. Dr Pringle explained step by step every procedure and she was great to my 2 year old that was at the appointment with me. She was super patient and super diligent.
